Event Description

White tailed Deer are one of the most hunted game species in Arkansas, and for good reason, we have a large population and they are great table fair. This class will teach you the basics of turning your venison into a great meal.

Classroom for 60 people.

Grab a friend and join us on Saturday, September 13th from 12-3:30pm to learn how to make three different delicious appetizers using venison. Each dish will be created using a different cooking method, and all ingredients and instructions will be provided at each station. Participants will have an active role in the cooking process, and have the opportunity to try samples of all three dishes at the end of class. Before leaving, participants will get copies of all the recipes prepared along with additional recipes to try at home. This class is for adults 18 years of age and older.
