Macroinvertebrates: Explore Stream Health

Event Description

Macroinvertebrate cards are used to introduce students to the ins and outs of aquatic macroinvertebrates, how to identify them, and what identifying in turn tells us about stream ecology.

Join us at the creek for a hands-on learning experience. We will get in the water and study the macroinvertebrates we find. Learn all about how these critters help us determine the health of a stream.

Please bring extra clothes and waterproof shoes. We will be in the water.
