Macroinvertebrate cards are used to introduce students to the ins and outs of aquatic macroinvertebrates, how to identify them, and what identifying in turn tells us about stream ecology.

Participants will meet on the bank of Crooked Creek to search for macroinvertebrates, fish, and look for crawdads, all integral parts of a healthy stream.  

Please bring extra clothes and waterproof shoes.  We will be in the water.
