Boater's Education In Person Class

Event Description

This class is designed to familiarize you with the standard navigation rules, boating laws, boating equipment use, and best practices for safety while out on the water. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1986 is required to have taken and passed a NASBLA and state approved course in order to operate any kind of watercraft propelled by motor or sail.

More Information

This is a two-day class. You must be in attendance on both days and pass the test to become certified.

After passing this class, you'll receive the following certification(s):

• Boater Education

Participants must pass a test to receive a Boater Education card.

Prerequisites

- Min Age: 10
- Max Age: 99
