Have you ever wanted to learn about native edible plants? In this class, you will discover how to identify edible plants, how to prepare them, and how they were cooked during pioneer times. Join us for a morning of gathering edible plants, followed by a hands-on cooking session where you'll learn to prepare these plants in a Dutch oven. This class is perfect for anyone interested in expanding their knowledge of edible plants and traditional cooking methods!
