Hunter Education In Person Class

Event Description

Hunter Education is a 10-hour, instructor-led and hands-on demonstration class that develops safe, responsible, and knowledgeable hunters. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1969, is required to have taken and passed state approved a Hunter Education Safety Course in order to be legal to hunt in the State of Arkansas.

More Information

This course will be held from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday and 1 – 5 p.m. on Sunday. Participants must attend both days to complete the course. There will be a short lunch break on Saturday and guests are encouraged to bring a sack lunch. Snacks and drinks will be available to purchase in the gift shop. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Students must attend all ten hours to become certified.
