Arkansas is a part of the Mississippi Flyway, a major migration route used by hundreds of bird species every year as they fly North to South America. This makes the Natural State a prime destination for waterfowl hunters and bird watchers. During this class, participants will gain a better understanding of the economic impact these animals bring to Arkansas every year, and learn some tips and tricks on how to identify common waterfowl. Then, they will paint their own ceramic duck coin bank to take home. This program is open to all ages and registration is required.
