Join educators at Ozark Highlands Nature Center for a culinary event you won’t want to miss! Have you ever wanted to boil crawfish for your family and friends but don’t know where to start? Well, join us on Saturday, June 13 at 11:00 am and we will host an event on how to boil crawfish along with all the vegetables for your next family cookout. We’ll discuss food preparation, food safety, and how to preserve any leftovers for additional meals! Pre-registration is required.
