Event Description

Hundreds of thousands of waterfowl make their way to Arkansas each winter, providing great hunting opportunities and opportunities to provide waterfowl for the table. Ducks and geese often get a bad reputation for being poor table fare; however, this class will provide you with the basics to create well-tasting waterfowl.

From the first note of the call to the final sear in the pan, join us for Field to Fork, where each class gets you close to those mouth-watering moments. This program is recommended for ages 10 and above and registration is required. All materials will be provided.
