Event Description

This class is designed to familiarize you with the standard navigation rules, boating laws, boating equipment use, and best practices for safety while out on the water. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1986 is required to have taken and passed a NASBLA and state approved course in order to operate any kind of watercraft propelled by motor or sail.

Join us for a traditional boater education class through a 10-hour, instructor-led course including hands-on demonstration.

After passing this class, you'll receive the following certification(s):

Event Requirements

  • Participants must pass a test to receive a Boater Education card.
