Central Arkansas Nature Center Fish Camp: Learn To Fish!

Event Description

This camp is designed for campers from 6th to 8th grade. Campers will learn many fishing skills, including knot tying, casting, and fish ID. On the last day of camp, we will take a field trip to the Joe Hogan Fish Hatchery for a fishing experience. Campers will need a bagged or boxed lunch each day, a reusable water bottle, and shoes that can be worn out in the field.

  • Space is limited, so please submit the Google Form to be considered for this camp.  You will be notified by email if you are selected.
Prerequisites
    • Min Age: 11
    • Max Age: 15

Instructions for Parents and Guardians of Minors

Please send campers with a lunch, snacks, and water.  The kids should wear appropriate clothing to be outdoors and near water.
