More Information
Did you ever watch your father, grandfather, or mother expertly sharpen knives on a wet stone and feel inspired to master this timeless skill? Or are you fed up with dull blades? This class is exactly what you need! We will explore a variety of knife types and their specific uses, while emphasizing proper and safe handling techniques. You will learn effective knife sharpening methods and gain hands-on experience with multiple sharpening tools. Bring a few of your own chef's knives or utility knives, 8 to 10 inches, to sharpen during the class, and be sure to pack them safely.
